The company directors are Austin Fripp and Zac Siltanen. Austin has a practical working background in the building and construction industry, having been associated at different levels within the Fripp Group of Companies which specialised in government, semi-government and public sector construction. Zac has been a pool builder for over 20 years, owning and operating Wollongong Concrete Pools and also managing his own concrete spraying company for several years.

The Skypebble company operates in the international marketplace, supplying its product to many parts of the world including - USA, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Islands of the South Pacific.

Technical advice and support are central to Skypebble's client service. Just as the pool builder has a responsibility to his customer to provide the latest in design and technology, so too Skypebble has the responsibility to the pool builder to provide the widest possible range of colours, premium quality product and the latest technology in pool interiors. The Skypebble team advises and supports their clients in examining and selecting from the wide range of styles, colours and uses of their natural stone. Their team of experts continually undergoes field training in the application of Skypebble, refining and updating their skills and knowledge.

They are also committed to ongoing research and development, the benefits of which are then passed on to the users of their product. Ongoing research seeks more and better ways to bring Skypebble's natural beauty and strength into new environments. For example, for the past two years Skypebble have been making big inroads in providing the market with a wider colour range. This has been achieved by introducing specialist tints to the cement. A major breakthrough in regard to these tints has been the development of technology which enables the colour to be accurately locked into the cement, providing greater colour durability. This technology has made problems such as streaking, blotchiness and irregular colour a thing of the past. Through constant research Skypebble have now been able to come up with a colour that stays uniform right throughout the pool.
